With the amount of importance given to make-up these days, many women just tend to do a bit too much. Getting the right make-up for the particular occasion is the call of the entire womanhood. But beauty shouldn’t be misinterpreted as just by carrying a beautiful face. A overall healthy body reflects eternal beauty which one should be longing for. The idea is to look younger and FEEL YOUNGER.
Here are some precious makeup Do’s and Dont’s which one should know very well before applying make-up.
* Always apply make-up where there is adequate light on your face. Improper light can lead to horrible look. Yellow light compliments your skin the most.
* Don’t go for a colour eye-shadow as a base. Also, apply eyeliner close to the base of eyelashes so as to make them look thicker.
* Always test the colour of foundation or concealer on the inside of your wrist. That’s the place which will give you a good idea of how it is going to look on your face.
* Do apply concealer before applying eye-liner on dark circles under your eyes. Generally, women directly apply eye-liner which instead make their eyes look too dark. Read more eye care tips at http://www.weightloss-health.com/Eye_Care_Tips.htm
* First apply moisturizer and after about 20 minutes, start putting on your make-up.

Designing a quality, unique website requires the right combination of art, technology, and communication skills. It is vitally important to the success of any professional website project for the client to be actively involved in helping the designer identify and understand their true wants and needs. Web designers act as both creative coach and translator of ideas. Turning ideas into concepts, incorporating customer feedback, and prototyping rapidly creates a hands-on, evolutionary workflow for the customer, producing maximum results and a pleasant customer experience.
Step 1: Learn a little (or a lot) about the client’s business
Once a client has committed to building a new website, it’s time to dig in and learn a little about the business and the specific requirements. This can be done through a simple questionnaire for smaller sites, or may require many hours of consultation for larger ones. Some of the questions asked include: website goals and objectives, target audience, color and style preferences, examples of preferred websites, etc. If a client already has specific text and images that they would like to have included (maybe from an existing brochure or catalog) it is time to share the files and information with the designer, and the designer will in turn review it and share an objective opinion on the usefulness and quality of the customer supplied materials. If a domain name does not already exist for the site, this would be a good time to decide on a name and have it registered. The designer can help as little or as much as necessary in this area. Once all information has been received, work will commence immediately on the custom website design. Idea sharing and customer involvement is always welcomed and encouraged.
Step 2: Review design concepts and pick a direction
Normally, a customer will have initial design concepts to review within a few days. Some projects can take substantially longer to reach this initial stage, depending on the level of research and discovery being done for the customer in other related and possibly interdependent areas, such as designing a new corporate identity (logo and entire brand) or building an information systems solution into the website. The design and layout of the home page and first-level inner pages come first. This offers the customer a view of the possibilities and how different ideas work together at different levels. Then, one will be selected for further refinement. Existing works by the designer can often be used as a starting ground and modified to create a unique, yet familiar, look and feel. In the case that the customer is indecisive or doesn’t fall in love with one of the initial concepts, additional designs will be presented. After a design and layout concept has been chosen, revisions to that design and layout concept will be made until the customer is completely satisfied.
Step 3: Review revisions and ask for feedback
Once the design and layout has been approved and finalized, detailed content will be entered utilizing the selected design guidelines for consistency and beauty. Content can be supplied in almost any electronic format such as email, Word or even scanned text. In the case of larger consultative web projects, content can be created for the customer as part of an overall marketing and branding campaign. For images, content can be shot by the design team, supplied by the client, or in some cases purchased or custom created by the designer. There is also the option of choosing imagery from a gallery of quality royalty-free work at no additional cost. Just describe what is wanted, and the designer will pick the perfect images for the job. Or, if preferred, the client may choose the images themselves and the designer will certainly assist in the process a level with which the customer is comfortable. Customer supplied content can be supplied as soon as it is acquired - there’s no reason to wait until the web pages have been designed. In fact, often times the best design concepts are born of the content.
Step 4: Finalize your website.
All concepts and revisions can be viewed online and there is always an open channel of communication to the designer. Once the customer is completely satisfied with the finished website, high-quality website hosting is offered, or the website can be implemented at a third party host of the client’s choosing, as long as appropriate security access and necessary software tools are available.

I’ve focused in the past on some individual sections of your website that you should consider implementing. What I’m going to do now is give a brief overview of a number of pages and sections that are common in websites.
These are just some of the more common website sections for you to consider. Each website will likely have other sections that are specific to that company, or at least to that industry. Remember, the sky’s the limit.

During the Second World War, the Germans used fluoride as a tranquilizer in the Russian prison camps. At the same time, American members of the Communist Party met to discuss adding fluoride into the water supply, in order to bring about overall lethargy and thus ease the introduction and eventual dominance of Communism in America.
Over time, the cumulative effect of drinking water laced with sodium fluoride is a slow poisoning of a certain portion of the brain. This causes a submission of the will, so that the person loses the power to resist domination, and makes him completely vulnerable to whoever wishes to govern him. The terminology used in describing this process is “narcotising” the brain.
Fluoridated water was first introduced in 1954, and more than 50 years later about 200,000 tons a year are poured into the drinking water of tens of millions of blissfully unaware people, in thousands of cities across America. Fortunately, hundreds of cities are refusing to allow their citizenry to be poisoned, but the average consumer does not even realize that there is a problem.
Besides the mind-numbing effects, fluoride has also been shown to cause cancer. In 1977, studies were published showing that fluoridation is definitely linked to at least 10,000 cancer deaths each year. The researchers also discovered that of the more than 120 million Americans being poisoned yearly, fluoridation was shown to be a direct cause of arthritis in 40 million people, dental deformity in 8 million children, and allergic reactions in 2 million people.
Interestingly, 13 years earlier the same researchers had shown that fluoride caused bone cancer and increased the rate of oral cancer. Other research has shown that fluoride can induce tumors and cancers, and that it can stimulate the growth rate of existing tumors.
According to the researchers, Dr. Dean Burk, former head of the US National Cancer Institute’s cell chemistry section, and Dr. John Yiamouyiannis, a biochemist and president of the Safe Water Foundation, the results of these tests had been kept away from public knowledge up until the early 1990’s.
Nearly 15 years later, fluoride is still polluting the water supply of hundreds of major cities across the nation.
And if that wasn’t enough, nearly every toothpaste on the market still contains fluoride, and nearly any dentist urges parents to coat their children’s teeth with a “protective coating” of fluoride.
There are, of course, alternatives available. Bottled water is commonplace today, although there is mounting evidence that plastic containers are leaching toxins (phthalates) into the foods and beverages they contain.
And safe toothpaste can be found as well. One must take care to read the ingredients label carefully, however: other harmful ingredients are often used, even in the so-called “natural” brands of toothpaste. Beware of the warning labels on your toothpaste, and use caution when allowing children to brush!
Neways International manufactures a tremendously wide range of safe products all without the use of harmful ingredients or toxins. It is the only company of its kind in the world. The mission is to produce the safest, most effective consumer products in the world without the use of harmful ingredients or toxins, and to improve the health, wealth, and happiness of people around the world.

Cocoa trees can grow as tall as fifty feet although they are usually kept pruned and kept much shorter to make it easier to harvest the cocoa bean pods.
The trees reach their maximum productivity when they are thirty to forty years old. A cocoa tree will live approximately sixty years.
The bean pods grow directly off the trunk and thicker main branches of the tree, not off the leaves as many people think. This is because the pods are heavy. The fragile leaf systems of the tree couldn’t support the weight of the pods.
A cocoa tree can have up to one hundred thousand baby-pink and white blossoms every year. The blossoms have no scent. The leaves of the tree vary in color. Young leaves can be pale green, lavender, or purple in color. Mature leaves are dark green. The pods start out green but turn yellow or red when ripe, depending on what type of cocoa tree it is.
There are two main types of cocoa trees. There is the native Central American cocoa tree called the Criollo, and a type called Forastero which is grown mostly in West Africa and Brazil. The Forastero trees produces approximately ninety percent of the world’s crop of cocoa beans. The beans from the Criollo are more expensive and are used in high quality chocolate.
Cocoa trees like shade so other tropical trees such as banana trees are planted right next to the cocoa trees. These larger trees that provide shade for the cocoa trees are often called “cocoa mother trees.”
The cocoa trees start producing cocoa bean pods after three or four years and continue producing pods for approximately another thirty five years. In most areas, harvesting of the cocoa pods is done twice a year. Ripe pods are approximately eight inches long and three to four inches in diameter. The ripe pods are cut by hand in order to protect the younger pods that are still ripening.
After the pods are cut from the tree they are taken to a fermenting area. There the pods are split open to reveal the pulp and cocoa beans. There are up to forty cocoa beans in every pod. The pulp and beans are scooped out of the pod, placed on banana leaves that are usually laid on the ground (fermenting is also done in baskets and also in large sloping boxes), and then covered with more banana leaves. The pods are left to ferment for several days.
As the beans ferment they lose some of their bitterness and change from a lavender or white color to brown. The fermenting process is important because that is when the beans take on the chocolate taste we are accustomed to. During the fermenting process the beans lose some of their moisture. By the time the beans are ready to be packed in bags for shipping, the moisture content in them is somewhere around five to seven percent.

The holidays are a great time to gather the family. Alas, your holiday experiences can fade with time. The best way to prevent this is to keep a journal for your holidays.
Holiday Writing Journals
Take a minute to give some consideration to the holidays in 2004. What sticks out in your mind? Now think about what you did for the holidays in 1998. Undoubtedly, you remember few things about 1998. The experiences you’ve forgotten are lost to time. If you had kept a journal, this wouldn’t be the case.
Keeping a journal each holiday season is a good way to build up a history of family gatherings. It also keeps you from losing hilarious and cherished moments to the passage of time. Each holiday season offers a chance to see how the lives of families and friends have changed. It is also a time to reflect on the things you have to be thankful for, such as a sister or brother you haven’t seen in years. Keeping a journal lets you take a snap shot in time of what you were thinking then.
As time passes, your holiday journal will grow in detail. It will become a great keepsake by acting as a time line for the growth of your family. You’ll be able to look back at past years and read about the good and, perhaps, not so good times. You’ll be shocked how to realize how much everything has changed over time.
As time continues to pass, you will inevitably lose loved ones as nature runs its course. I am not trying to be macabre, just realistic. Your journal will give you a detailed account of memories involving that person. Frankly, re-reading the good times can help get you through the tough ones.
Eventually, you’ll have to come to a decision with your journal. Should you pass it on to one of your children to carry on the volume or just keep it as your private diary? Whatever your choice, you’ll be thankful you kept a record of the holiday seasons spent with your family.

Cameron Diaz Wears Them Imminent Craze Vogue Icon
Sol Chicks
Review By Veronica Marie
There is more to fashion with owner and designer Nikki Kinsey.
Sol Chicks “Move Against AIDS” Dance-a-thon in New York City,
held December 7th, 2005 is more than just a fashion icon. Their
humanitarian efforts are making noise. “These events mean so
much more when we work with organizations, both local and
national, who are supporting issues such as this one,” states
Sol Chicks owner Nikki Kinsey. “It’s great to have a celebrity
name endorsing your work, but it’s even better when it comes as
a result of supporting a worthy cause.”
Senior Editor for She Unlimited gave me this PR which read:
A-listers such as supermodels Naomi Campbell and Tyson Beckford,
Jai Rodriguez of Queer Eye and radio diva Wendy Williams all
came together to support AIDS research, boogie down, and get a
luxury gift bag worth over $1,300. Included in each bag was a
gift certificate designed and produced by C3D that can be
redeemed for a pair of custom, hand-painted denim jeans created
by Sol Chicks. The company has already received client calls
from LA within a week of the show.
Editor-In-Chief Veronica Marie said “Sol Chicks is the new
Imminent Craze Vogue Icon; it is my obligation and my duty to
start sporting a pair for myself.” “Sol Chicks painted on jeans
is an affordable one-of-a-kind gear for the fashion conscious
chic in mind.” “I can really see these going global; especially
our international market in Japan is asking questions. “Where
can I get these”, says an online fashion outlet in Japan.
Cameron Diaz has a pair?”
Nikki Kinsey from Omaha, Nebraska. born and raised, she received
degrees in both Fine Art and Graphic Design at Dana College, a
small liberal arts school in NE, and have been in marketing and
design ever since.
We asked what inspires Nikki and she said; Inspiration can
really come from anywhere. Sometimes it’s found by flipping
through the pages of a fashion magazine, but other times it can
come out just by seeing the folds in the fabric of a coat or a
reflection in a store window. The key is to be aware of your
surroundings and take note of things most others just past by.

Zab Judah is aiming Floyd Mayweather Jr on April 8 in Las Vegas for the boxing Welterweight championship; Don King announced this next fight in Manhattan.
Boxing fighter Mayweather’s record, 35-0 with 24 knockouts against Judah (34-3, 25 KOs), “Zab is fast and strong, but he has no chin,” Mayweather said. “No way he will be able to take my punch.” “This will be an extravaganza,” he said. “I have waited my whole life for a fight like this.” said Zab Judah.
Boxing promoter Bob Arum said he has reached an agreement with Mayweather , but nothing is final until King can reach an agreement with Judah. The fight would occur next April 8, 2006.
Longtime rivals Arum and King have reworked their deal. Arum also said that he and Mayweather worked out a new deal and that an agreement with HBO PPV was in place as well.
Mayweather, a boxing junior welterweight is moving up to welter weight; it had been scheduled to earn a minimum $6 million to face Judah while the Judah/King side was to earn $3 million plus a percentage of the profits.

What can you do to get thick hard mud off of a vehicle or your home? When big storm hits or birds attack, I find that my home gets plastered with debris that is not so easy to remove with a bucket and sponge. Also, when my truck finds its way through a muddle road, there is often mud so thick and hard I can hardly break it off by hand. The one solution, though, that seems to have been the most effective is a pressure washer.
A pressure washer is basically a contraption that is hooked to a hose. Water is shot through the hose at very high pressure so that the water acts as its own abrasive. The force of the stream will knock off debris and other foreign substances that can often cause damage to the paint on your home or vehicle. Pressure washers are commonly used in a number of industries.
If you have a home made of brick or concrete and find it caked with hard to remove filth from a combination of dirt, bird droppings, and pollutants from the air, you may find that a pressure washer is the best way you can clean your outside walls. The high pressure water will help remove the dirt and grime, but since you are not using an abrasive cleanser, there is not the same concern over hurting the surface like their might be otherwise.
The above is why pressure washers are often used to clean the sides of buildings. You may see maintenance or some outside service arrive at your place of business in a truck or van equipped with the pressure washer. A hose is held by one or two people and the water is shot at the wall. The debris on there is knocked off by the high pressure water and it allows them to clean the wall. Pressure washers can only be used, obviously, on highly durable materials like concrete and steel.
Pressure washers can also be used to clean vehicles. Since the paint can sometime sbe at risk, the washer is often set at a lower pressure than when cleaning something like a brick wall that can withstand more abuse. Even at the lower pressure, the water is able to knock the mud and dirt from the vehicle. Pressure washers are often used on firetrucks, semis and even trains as a way to get rid of all the extra filth that can be accumulated at a fire, on the road, or across the country on the rails.
If you find that your vehicle, home, or place of business is covered with any sort of hard to remove filth, you may want to consider a pressure washer. A pressure washer can use something as simple as water to remove some of the toughest build ups you can imagine. At the same time, avoiding the use of harsh abrasives or chemicals to remove the stains will protect your walls or paint. So consider a pressure washer as an alternative to the traditional bucket, sponge, and chemicals.
If would like to find more of my personal articles on pressure washers, please feel free to visit my website on home improvement!

Preparing to pass the BSCI exam and earn your Cisco CCNP? Route summarization is just one of the many skills you’ll have to master in order to earn your CCNP. Whether it’s RIP version 2, OSPF, or EIGRP, the BSCI exam will demand that you can flawlessly configure route summarization.
Route summarization isn’t just important for the BSCI exam. It’s a valuable skill to have in the real world as well. Correctly summarizing routes can lead to smaller routing tables that are still able to route packets accurately - what I like to call “concise and complete” routing tables.
The first skill you’ve got to have in order to work with route summarization is binary math more specifically, you must be able to take multiple routes and come up with both a summary route and mask to advertise to downstream routers. Given the networks 100.16.0.0 /16, 100.17.0.0 /16, 100.18.0.0 /16, and 100.19.0.0 /16, could you quickly come up with both the summary address and mask? All you need to do is break the four network numbers down into binary strings. We know the last two octets will all convert to the binary string 00000000, so in this article we’ll only illustrate how to convert the first and second octet from decimal to binary.
100 16 = 01100100 00010000
100 17 = 01100100 00010001
100 18 = 01100100 00010010
100 19 = 01100100 00010011
To come up with the summary route, just work from left to right and draw a line where the four networks no longer have a bit in common. For these four networks, that point comes between the 14th and 15th bits. This leaves us with this string: 01100100 000100xx. All you need to do is convert that string back to decimal, which gives us 100 for the first octet and 16 for the second. (The two x values are bits on the right side of the line, which aren’t used in calculating the summary route.) Since we know that zero is the value for the last two octets, the resulting summary network number is 100.16.0.0.
But we’re not done! We now have to come up with the summary mask to advertise along with the summary route. To arrive at the summary route, write out a mask in binary with a “1″ for every bit to the left of the line we drew previously, and a “0″ for every bit to the right. That gives us the following string:
11111111 11111100 00000000 00000000
Converting that to dotted decimal, we arrive at the summary mask 255.252.0.0. The correct summary network and mask to advertise are 100.16.0.0 252.0.0.0.
For the BSCI exam, emphasis is put on knowing how to advertise these summary routes in RIPv2, EIGRP, and OSPF. For RIP v2 and EIGRP, route summarization happens at the interface level - it’s not configured under the protocol. On the interface that should advertise the summary route, use the command “ip summary-address”. Here are examples of how the above summary route would be configured on ethernet0 in both RIPv2 and EIGRP.
R1(config-if)#ip summary-address rip 100.16.0.0 255.252.0.0
R1(config-if)#ip summary-address eigrp 100 100.16.0.0 255.252.0.0
The main difference between the two is that the EIGRP command must specify the AS number - that’s what the “100″ is in the middle of the EIGRP command. Since RIPv2 does not use AS numbers, there’s no additional value needed in the configuration.
For OSPF, the commands differ. If you’re configuring inter-area route summarization, use the “area range” command. The number following “area” is the area containing the routes being summarized, not the area receiving the summary.
R1(config)#router ospf 1
R1(config-router)#area 1 range 100.16.0.0 255.252.0.0
If you are summarizing routes that are being redistributed into OSPF, use the summary-address command under the OSPF routing process on the ASBR.
R1(config)#router ospf 1
R1(config-router)#summary-address 100.16.0.0 255.252.0.0
I speak from experience when I tell you that practice makes perfect on the BSCI exam, especially with binary and summarization questions. The great thing about these questions is that there are no grey areas with these questions - you either know how to do it or you don’t. And with practice and an eye for detail, you can master these skills, pass the exam, and become a CCNP. Here’s to your success on these tough Cisco certification exams!
